According to theNotice of Ministry of Finance & State Administration of Taxation on Adjustment of Export Tax Rebate Rates for Some Goods, there are 481 pesticide products on the list of products for export tax rebate rate adjustment.

According to Chapter 29 of theExport Database, export tax rebate rates for major TC products such as imidacloprid, chlorpyrifos,2,4-D,dicamba,tebuconazole,carbendazim anddifenoconazole, new products and proprietary off-patent products such as azoxystrobin, clopyralid,picloram, and fluroxypyr were all adjusted from 9% to 13%. According to Section 30, the export tax rebate rate for biopesticide agritol was adjusted to 17%.
